Crockpot Bacon Ranch Chicken

I haven’t posted in a while. I know. I’m sorry. Life happens.

However, I have still been cooking and documenting, so I have A LOT of stuff to put up! I even crafted last night! And I’ve got eggs baking in turkey cups in the oven right now!

Bacon ranch anything is always a good idea. However, I do wish I used Greek yogurt instead of sour cream. I always try to use Greek yogurt as a replacement for heavy cream or sour cream. I think I was having a memory lapse when I wrote up the grocery list that day or something. I don’t even like sour cream...at all.

Ingredients:
-2 turkey bacon strips, cooked and shredded
-1 tsp minced garlic
-1 package ranch dressing mix
-1 10.75 oz. can reduced sodium cream of chicken soup
-1 C light sour cream
-3-4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
-1 C pasta, cooked

Instructions:
1. Combine the first five ingredients in a bowl.
2. Place frozen or chicken in crockpot sprayed with nonstick cooking spray and pour sauce over the top.
3. Cook on high for 3.5 hours.
4. Shred chicken with two forks.
5. Cook pasta per package instructions on stove.
6. Serve chicken over pasta.
